Are you seeking support in your professional role? Interested in ongoing skill development?  Seeking an objective lens to support patient safety and high-quality care? Clinical supervision is a collaborative process where desired outcomes and expectations are clearly outlined to ensure you obtain the support you are seeking. Good feedback is thorough, timely, honest, and helpful.

I provide clinical supervision towards obtaining Professional Counselor licensure in the state of Oregon and Arizona, and all levels of becoming a certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the state of Oregon.  I also provide supervision towards certification in rehabilitation counseling on a national level.

Examples of topics that may be explored include reflection on professional and personal goals, exploration of how values and beliefs may impact interactions with patients and/or family systems, cultural competency, risk mitigation, documentation standards, how best to meet organizational requirements, and managing the emotional burden of practice.

As your skills improve so does your confidence that you are providing the best possible care for your patients and performing at a high standard within your professional role. This reassurance reduces stress levels and improves job satisfaction.  It is my honor to support you in such development and in achieving your professional and personal goals.
